The questionnaire involves 30 questions and uses a double scale, in order to assess what the organization's ambition is in relation to a given topic (In 3 years scale) and compare it with the current level of action on that same topic (Current scale).
The answer to each question should consider the total number of existing processes in the various departments of their organization (Production, Quality Control, Human Resources, R&D, Finance, etc.) and in cases where the respondent does not have the necessary information to answer, to only one of the scales or both, the latter must choose the option “Don’t know / Can't answer”.
The questionnaire only involves closed-answer questions, considering single or multiple-choice answers.
